docs: add Amplify Gen 1 maintenance mode / EOL notice to README#1200

Amplify Gen 1 (including Amplify Studio and this UI component generator) is in maintenance mode. As of May 1, 2026 it receives only critical bug fixes and security patches; end of life is May 1, 2027. Mirrors the official announcement (aws-amplify/amplify-cli#14881) and links the Gen 1 to Gen 2 migration guide.

Adds a maintenance-mode / end-of-life notice to the top of the README so customers landing on this repo see the timeline immediately.
Amplify Gen 1 — including Amplify Studio and this UI component generator, which build on it — is in maintenance mode:
The banner mirrors the official announcement in aws-amplify/amplify-cli#14881 (source of truth) and links the Gen 1 → Gen 2 migration guide.
