This PR refactors the error handling in flask_app.py to follow best practices. It replaces generic try...except blocks with specific exception handling and uses conditional logic instead of exceptions for flow control. This improves the application's stability and makes the code easier to understand and maintain.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 15703934268195158002

Replaced generic `try...except` blocks with more specific exception handling for `spotipy.client.SpotifyException` and `sqlalchemy.exc.IntegrityError`. This improves the robustness of the application and makes error handling more explicit.

Additionally, conditional checks (`if` statements) were introduced to replace `try...except` blocks that were being used for flow control. This improves code readability and performance.
