Two things were stopping every Dependabot PR from being mergeable. Dependabot does not write `bun.lock` for these updates — it changes package.json alone, so all twelve open PRs fail `bun install --frozen-lockfile` whatever the bump. Merging one would leave main's lockfile stale as well. A `lockfile` job now resolves both lockfiles on the PR branch and commits them back, and `build` stands down when it does, since that push starts a fresh run. `react` and `react-dom` also need grouping. They must resolve to the exact same version or the renderer throws "Incompatible React versions" at startup, so a PR bumping one alone cannot pass — which is what happened to #4.
