Playbook 01 documents the one root-needing provisioning step: creating REMOTE_DATA_DIR on a mount the ssh user cannot write. Playbook 03 warns that compose-before-targets makes Docker create targets.json as a directory, with the recovery. The README states the fresh-creation funding minimum next to the runbook that needs it.
