Two ways to lose an afternoon that the docs didn't warn about. KeepAlive restarts the agent on crash, not on edit, so `server.py` changes do nothing until the agent is kickstarted. The failure mode is nasty because the source on disk shows a fix the running process has never loaded — so the README now gives the restart command and says to compare process start time against file mtime when a symptom contradicts the code. APP_VERSION had no comment at all. The client self-reload fires on a stamp mismatch, so editing the served page without bumping it leaves phones on the cached old UI indefinitely. The README also claimed the app "auto-reloads itself when the server is updated", which overstates it — it reloads when you bump the constant. Docs and one comment only; no behaviour change.
