Minjerribah Site and Service Ideas

Public website: https://auraofintelligence.github.io/multi-site-Minjerribah-network/

Repository: https://github.com/auraofintelligence/multi-site-Minjerribah-network

Purpose

This is a public workbench for 7 Mile and other Minjerribah site and service ideas. It brings together the information supplied so far, open questions, related public projects and source trails, including a site-neutral Sand and Screen proposal.

The subjects include living, cultural and research residencies, short stays, recovery, safety, housing, aged care, longevity, rejuvenation research, technology, making, repair, training and community wealth.

The website is not an organisation or decision-making body. Participation, permissions, site access and cultural decisions sit with the relevant people.

Fourteen public pages

Start

  • index.html: direct entry to 7 Mile and the other site, service and research ideas.
  • seven-mile.html: 7 Mile site information, an illustrative full-site guestimate, possible uses and related public labs.
  • sand-screen.html: a site-neutral all-ages mix of sand sport, outdoor cinema, local screen work and practical roles, with several locations under consideration.

Sites and services

  • ballow-road.html: 9 Ballow Road as a possible Dunwich public doorway, with the fuller proposal in the Ready S.E.T. Co-op Trust Hub.
  • mens-recovery.html: the separate surf-side men's alcohol and drug free camp concept.
  • women-children.html: questions for a separate safe place for women and children whose location and design would be shaped with relevant women.
  • housing.html: pathways from immediate shelter through supported transition, stable housing and ageing in place.
  • ageing-longevity.html: aged care, longevity, rejuvenation research, Aura Health Twin and possible service or site conversations.
  • claytons-road.html: the supplied 82 Claytons Road site record and the ideas being explored around it.

Funding and references

  • structure.html: possible roles for a 7 Mile commercial company, purpose-specific not-for-profit bodies, Ready S.E.T. Co-op, Strange But True, C-Hour and community wealth work.
  • connections.html: independent related public projects grouped by purpose.
  • sources.html: direct inputs and public project references.
  • documents.html: 30 source files, grouped by purpose and labelled by their original status.
  • sitemap.html: a plain directory of every public page.

7 Mile working reference

The current site description is approximately 15 acres.

The supplied Google Maps trace follows the existing firebreak and records:

  • 54,281.67 square metres
  • 5.43 hectares
  • 13.4 acres
  • 1.02 kilometres around the measured path

The trace is not a surveyed property boundary. The wider claimed area is larger.

The 7 Mile capacity tiles use a Gemini Flash land-use guestimate. It treats the full working map area as usable for one arithmetic exercise. Its footprints, bay counts and allocations are illustrative rather than surveyed or design-confirmed figures.

The current arithmetic guestimate explores:

  • 70 container-based buildings with shared kitchens, cold storage, amenities, decks and shaded aprons
  • about 65 flexible places for vans, swags, tents, caravans, rigs, buses and house trucks
  • sandy access tracks and vehicle loops
  • ceremony and cultural grounds, food forest, gardens, nursery, commons, water harvesting and a Vertical Tower Farm and Seedling Hub

This is a discussion exercise, not a final layout or commitment.

Funding and organisational pathways

  • Country, family and cultural decisions: Site invitation, culture, ceremony, restricted knowledge and cultural decisions sit with the relevant people. Country is not a company shareholding or charity asset.
  • 7 Mile commercial proposal: The current 41 per cent, 39 per cent and 20 per cent working split concerns suitable commercial activity at 7 Mile. It does not automatically extend to another site.
  • Purpose-specific not-for-profit bodies: Different charitable purposes and services may require different organisations, boards, skills and reporting.
  • Ready S.E.T. Co-op: Ready Sustainable Employment and Training Cooperative remains hypothetical. Its possible field includes employment, training, members, shared equipment, transport and administration between willing participants.
  • Strange But True: Strange But True: Tech, art and ideas that'll help is the existing sole-trader business supporting research, technology, websites, planning and communication.
  • C-Hour and community wealth: These remain experimental pathways for recognising voluntary contribution, sharing assets and retaining value locally.

Related public work

Aura Health Twin is an early local prototype for longitudinal records linking health, lived experience and place. A separate Software as a Medical Device plan exists but is not yet fully developed. Its public page is still under construction.

Source handling

The public source page distinguishes supplied maps and local descriptions from accessible public project pages. The source document library makes the supplied submissions, planning drafts, research conversations and handover material available in their original file formats. Publication does not convert a proposal into an agreement, a planning idea into a decision or an old research lead into a verified current fact.

Design and accessibility

  • Atkinson Hyperlegible body text and Nunito Sans headings match the related public sites.
  • All regular text is at least one rem, with a large base size for older readers.
  • Every public page has a distinct labelled GenAI hero until suitable local photographs are available.
  • The solid menu lists the 13 main destinations, with Sand and Screen directly after 7 Mile. The source document library is linked from the Source Trail and full site map.
  • Glass and metallic surfaces, gentle hero light, small parallax, magnetic buttons and one-time reveals provide a shared visual language.
  • Reduced-motion settings remove non-essential animation.

Local check

The site uses static HTML, CSS and JavaScript. GitHub Pages does not require a build step.

Publishing

GitHub Pages is configured for the repository's main branch and root folder. Publication is complete only after a commit is pushed, the Pages deployment succeeds and the public URL works without a signed-in session.
