Agreed — since the raw codebase-retrieval tool is internal-facing, I've removed the Raw Codebase Retrieval entry from New Features. Updated in 79cd118.

Good point — those were deprecated Slack channel claim/release commands that most users never used, and the entry reads confusingly. I've removed it from the Improvements section. Updated in 79cd118.
