Adds Emote Resizer (https://emoteresize.com) to Graphics → Image Editors, right after Converseen since it fills a similar batch-resize role.

Every platform wants different dimensions — Twitch emotes (28/56/112) and sub badges (18/36/72), Discord emoji and stickers, 7TV / BetterTTV / FrankerFaceZ, Slack — and doing that by hand for each one is tedious. This takes a single image and exports the whole set at once.

Animated GIFs keep their frames, batch input is supported, and every output is auto-compressed to stay under the per-platform byte limits.

It's free with no signup, and runs entirely client-side in the browser, so no image is uploaded anywhere.
