Version lockstep across every gated site (pyproject, init, server.json ×2, CITATION + date, llms.txt, CI.md pins, README Action pin), CHANGELOG rolled to [1.16.0] - 2026-07-24 with entries intact, README assets + llms-full + PyPI readme regenerated, TRUST-GALLERY prose updated (trust output is version-free and the engine is byte-identical this release — sync_engine --check green). Tag v1.16.0 on this commit per house practice (v1.15.1 precedent). 42/42 lockstep+surface tests green locally; supply-chain, action-consumer, copy-lint green; ruff CI-pin clean.
