This repository contains a set of R scripts used to perform analyses and generate figures in the following publication:
Tsuchida et al., (2024) "Early detection of white matter hyperintensities using SHIVA-WMH detector".
Note that it does NOT contain codes to perform SHIVA-WMH detection, which can be found here (https://github.com/pboutinaud/SHIVA_WMH).
To reproduce the figures/tables in the associated publication, simply read datafiles specified in each script from 'data' folder.
