@athombv/jsdoc-template now lives on npmjs.org so the legacy registry-url and NODE_AUTH_TOKEN bot-token references are unused, and were causing npm ci to fail on older Node versions whose npm respects scope mapping over the lockfile's resolved npmjs.org URLs.
