Add escrow contract example

Summary

• Add an original escrow smart contract example.
• Include instantiate, approve, refund, config query behavior, messages, state, and unit coverage.
• Add a schema binary target and remove an unresolved helper-module export so the crate can resolve its modules cleanly.

Validation

• git diff --check

Rust validation was not run in this Windows workspace because cargo and rustc are not installed on PATH.
