Provide the portable PSG/PIT effect merger and additive TCBRebase ordinal37 for Effects-capable Beats playback. Rebasing shifts logical deadlines in constant time under the IRQ lock, preserving queued physical stamps and sound state without restarting the timer or muting lanes.
Existing ordinals, frame-mode consumers, shared SOUND/PIT ownership and the separate sound/ compatibility producer are preserved. RAWCLK adds501 bytes of fixed code and4 bytes of data against the qualified MIDI8 baseline.
Validation: existing burst, speaker and paired lifecycle regressions plus328,160 rolling-clock checks spanning three virtual hours,44 rebases, physical DWORD wrap, full-queue retry and pause. The matching Beats build passed65 native8088 emulator checks and16 recorded-audio checks. Updates the recorded host source receipt and its CI inventory for all five test cases.
