learn-content-engine 0.34.0 is the current release and the app pins it since adaptive-learner#3285. Measured before the bump: engine-validate with 0.34.0 over this repository's origin/main (36 lessons, 5 manifests) reports 0 files with errors; none of the rules added in 0.30 to 0.34 fires. The mirrored quality-rules.json changes only its version and comment, the five minimums validate_content.py reads are unchanged, so the refresh is mechanical.
