feat(mcp): expose current context page resource

Summary

• add read_current_resource to the browser-local MCP page bridge
• return askable://current resource payloads as packet JSON or prompt-ready text
• align MCP docs, website WebMCP copy, and current release metadata
• refine the main website navigation in a separate scoped commit

Verification

• npm run build --workspaces --if-present
• npm run test --workspaces --if-present
• npm run build --prefix site/docs
• git diff --check
• local website render check at 1440x900 and 390x844
