Revenue Strategy Engine (RSE)

A cooperative economics tool for scoring revenue potential and generating AI-powered strategies — built for Front Porch Economics / Asia's project ecosystem.

Same architecture as PWSE (pwse-6q3.pages.dev): Cloudflare Pages frontend + Cloudflare Worker backend proxying the Anthropic API.

Deploy: Worker first

1. Deploy the Worker

cd rse
npx wrangler deploy

2. Set your Anthropic API key as a secret

npx wrangler secret put ANTHROPIC_API_KEY
# paste your key when prompted

3. Note your Worker URL

After deploy, Wrangler prints something like:

https://rse-worker.<your-subdomain>.workers.dev

Deploy: Pages frontend

Option A — Cloudflare Pages (recommended, matches PWSE setup)

1. Push the public/ folder to a GitHub repo
2. Go to Cloudflare Dashboard → Pages → Create project
3. Connect your repo, set build output directory to public
4. Deploy

Option B — Direct upload via Wrangler

npx wrangler pages deploy public --project-name=rse

Connect Worker to Pages

In your Cloudflare Pages project settings:

• Go to Settings → Functions → KV namespace bindings (or just use a redirect rule)
• OR: in your Pages project, add a _routes.json to proxy /api/* to your Worker URL

Simplest approach: in public/index.html, change:

const WORKER_URL = "/api/strategy";

to your full Worker URL:

const WORKER_URL = "https://rse-worker.<your-subdomain>.workers.dev/api/strategy";

Then redeploy Pages. Done.

• F — Friction & overhead (1–10, drags score down)

Score range: 0–100. Tiers: Pre-launch / Emerging / Building / Ready.
