This submission finalizes the SoCreate app for production release. It pulls in all required files including markdown documentation, release scripts, and GitHub action CI/CD workflows so that signed builds can be created on a system with internet access or automatically via GitHub tags. Additionally, it addresses an insecure hardcoded keystore password inside build scripts by defaulting to an environment variable. Finally, it corrects Hilt
