[Feature Request] AYN Thor: Enable HDR support on the top screen #254

Feature Description
The top screen on the AYN Thor supports HDR, but it needs the display settings in Armada for it to be set as HDR capable.
Problem / Rationale
Supposedly Odin 3 and the Thor's top display share the same panel.
Odin 3 already has the required display settings to support HDR in Armada, which might be the same settings required for the Thor.
Proposed Solution
Port over the odin 3 display settings to the AYN Thor
Target Behavior
To have HDR settings on SteamOS and working HDR in-game.
