Combined brightness slider is affecting both screens at the same time as their individual sliders in dual screen devices #200

Currently we have two sliders

• One for the primary screen
• One affecting both screens

The slider affecting both screen is actually combining with the individual one during usage

i.e.

• If I set the combined slider to 50%, both screens will be at 50% brightness
• If I then set the primary screen slider to 50%, the top screen will be at 25% while the second one will be at 50%

This behavior is a bit counterintuitive, especially when users are coming from android with a different set of expectations.
