Supress KDE's external output picker when first accessing desktop on dual screen devices #196

When first accessing desktop mode, KDE prompts the user to choose how the second screen should behave (If they want it to mirror the each other or to choose which one is the primary screen while extending)

This selection can be a bit confusing and often lead to users picking the wrong settings

Ideally the correct setting should be set by default.
