This PR adds a new endpoint,
/v2/characters/{name}/pets(where{name}is the character name), listing every pet charmed by the ranger, it's charming location and date, it's nickname, and if the pet's one of the 4 equipped pets.If the character's not a ranger, send back a 404-ish error code.
