Deleting a graph annotation now moves it to a trash instead of destroying it - deleted_at/deleted_by are set, the row drops out of every public read and the next reindex, and a superuser can restore or permanently purge it.
Part of #144 .
Scope: Graph only, with the rest of the hierarchy left for discussion on the issue.
