…er partners Mirror the existing CarouselItem pattern (public read-only list + superuser-gated management CRUD, multipart logo upload) so the frontend footer's Partners section can be managed from the backoffice. - GET /api/v1/media/partners/ — public list (id, name, url, logo, ordering) - /api/v1/media/management/partners/ — full CRUD, superuser-only Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
