Exercise the nil-value branch without lowering the coverage threshold. Keep the CLI fixture streaming so worker cleanup does not race an early exit.

:envto the canonicalizer CLI so Phoenix colocated CSS imports resolve throughNODE_PATH. Explicit formatter:envoverrides the profile environment, and path-list values use the OS separator.Closes #11.
