npm audit fix bumped transitive deps to fast-uri@3.1.5, hono@4.13.1, ip-address@10.4.0, resolving 3 vulnerabilities (2 high, 1 moderate). Each open dependabot PR only bumped one of these, so npm audit --omit=dev in CI kept failing on the remaining two. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
