This is not our API. This repository is an independent, third-party profile of a company's publicly available API surface, maintained by API Evangelist. API Evangelist does not operate, host, resell, or support this company's APIs, and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the company unless stated on the profile.
Where the information came from. Everything here is assembled from material a member of the public can reach with a browser and no credentials — the company's own website, developer portal and documentation, the specifications it publishes for public use (OpenAPI, AsyncAPI, JSON Schema,
apis.json,llms.txtand similar), its public repositories, and its public status, pricing and changelog pages. Nothing here is obtained by breaching a system, defeating an access control, or using credentials of any kind. The rating is an independent assessment. The Kin Score and Agent Readiness rating are independently calculated scores of a company's public API artifacts, produced by API Evangelist against a published rubric. They are not certifications, endorsements, security assessments, or audits, and they score published artifacts — not the quality, safety, or security of the software.
Corrections, re-scores, and removal are free. No partnership, contract, or purchase is required, and you do not need to justify the request.
- Something wrong? Open an issue on this repository, or email info@apievangelist.com.
- Published something new? Ask for a re-score and we will re-run the rating.
- Want the listing taken down? Say so and we will honor it. The profile is reduced to your company name, a factual description, and a link to your own site, and the company is recorded as unrated — never scored zero for having asked.
Response times. Acknowledgement within one business day; removal or restriction within two business days; corrections and re-scores within five business days.
On a security or compliance team? Email info@apievangelist.com with security in the subject line and you will get a person, not a form. We will tell you exactly which public URLs this profile was built from so your team can see the same surface we did, and we will take the listing down on request while you work through it.
Full detail: Where this data comes from
Coadjute Ltd is a London-based property technology company that operates a shared network for the UK residential property market, connecting estate agents, conveyancers, mortgage brokers, lenders and consumers through the CRM and case-management systems they already use rather than through any multiple listing service — the UK has no MLS and no RESO adoption. Built on R3 Corda distributed ledger technology and now positioned as a fully managed AML and compliance platform for UK property, Coadjute sits in the middle of the transaction as connective infrastructure: property packs, material information, shareable AML checks and status data moving between parties. Its API posture is partner-only and not publicly reachable.

No publicly documented API is listed. Coadjute's own Partner Terms of Service govern "the Coadjute Applet, APIs, Connector, Sandbox, DLT Application" and its Network Acceptable Use Policy names a "Partner Cloud API" — so an API product exists — but the developer portal at developer.coadjute.com returns HTTP 502, api.coadjute.com answers only with authenticated JSON error envelopes, and no OpenAPI, OData $metadata, Postman collection or SDK is published. Access is by commercial partner agreement (Order Form + Subscription Term), not self-serve signup.
- Home market: United Kingdom
- RESO posture: No RESO reference found — no Web API or Data Dictionary certification, no
$metadata, no UPI. The UK has no MLS to certify against. - Access gate:
partner-only— a signed Coadjute Partner Terms of Service with an Order Form and Subscription Term; API tokens are provisioned by Coadjute support per partner. - Open data: None. The open UK property-data layer belongs to HM Land Registry and Ordnance Survey, not Coadjute.
- Auth model: OAuth 2.0 / OpenID Connect via Auth0 (
https://auth.coadjute.com/), plus manually issued partner API tokens.
Coadjute publishes no OpenAPI, AsyncAPI, SDK, CLI, Postman collection, MCP server or sandbox that can be reached from outside a signed partner agreement, so the artifacts below are built entirely from what is publicly fetchable: the Auth0 identity tenant, the SLA and technology pages, and live TLS/DNS probes.
- authentication/lifetise-authentication.yml — full auth profile: OIDC/OAuth 2.0 on Auth0 plus the manually provisioned partner API token
- scopes/lifetise-scopes.yml — the 14 advertised OIDC identity scopes (no Coadjute product scopes are published anywhere public)
- well-known/lifetise-well-known.yml —
/.well-known/probe matrix across four hosts, plus the two harvested discovery documents - conformance/lifetise-conformance.yml — standards posture (OAuth/OIDC/PKCE/DPoP/CIBA yes; PAR, FAPI, RFC 9457, RESO, OData no) and the Cyber Essentials / ISO 31000 claims
- lifecycle/lifetise-lifecycle.yml — published SLA severity levels and response targets, status-page components, and the retired developer-portal hosts
- security/lifetise-domain-security.yml — TLS/HSTS across six hosts; DNSSEC, CAA, SPF and DMARC for coadjute.com
- llms/lifetise-llms.txt — generated llms.txt (Coadjute serves none)
