Entrata is a property management platform for multifamily housing that provides an all-in-one operating system for autonomous property management. Its API enables integration partners to access and manage properties, residents, leases, maintenance, payments, and reporting data in near real-time.
The Entrata API is available to approved integration partners and requires a signed Developer Interface Agreement. It supports JSON and XML formats and provides access to core property management data including:

API access requires IP whitelisting and a signed partner agreement. Access is restricted to Common Clients — entities that are licensed users of both Entrata and the integration partner's platform.
