Looks good to me. Bumping Hadoop to 3.4.3 with the scala-steward pin moved to 3.4.x makes sense, and swapping the old log4j exclusions for reload4j/slf4j-reload4j matches what Hadoop 3.4 actually pulls in now. Consolidating HadoopVersion into the version block at the top is a nice cleanup too. CI is green across all the affected modules (avroparquet, hdfs, hbase), so approving.
