- Ensure common version properties are set before artifact-specific version properties
- Add comments to explain the version property strategy and for each version property that is intended to affect multiple artifacts
- Fix sort order of version properties
- Fix sort order of plugins in the pluginManagement section to comply with the comment
- Fix atr version property to comply with existing naming conventions and move atr plugin's version management to the pluginManagement section, like all the other plugins
- Add new property for the atr-release-type (it's not always zip)
