# Overview

[FlareDB](https://github.com/flare-db/flare-db) is an Apache Beam native streaming database for running Beam pipelines. It's built in Rust, a modern systems programming language, and it uses a streams-tables architecture inspired by the ideas described in the *Streaming Systems* book (Chp 6).

## 5. Check pipeline Logs

## 5. Stop FlareDB instance
Each submitted job is assigned a unique `JOB_ID`, which is printed when you submit the job through the runner SDK. Use it to stream logs for a specific job.

If you omit the ID, the CLI streams logs for the running job, or for the most recently executed job if nothing is running.

```bash
flare logs # Stream logs for the running (or most recent) job
flare logs <JOB_ID> # Stream logs for a specific job
```

> **Note:** Always use the `logging` module in Python and a logger like SLF4J in Java instead of `print` or `System.out.println`, so your messages carry log levels and show up cleanly in `flare logs`.

## 6. Stop FlareDB instance

After executing pipelines, run this command to stop FlareDB instance
