That's issues + PRs (GitHub mixes them in the milestone view, but not in the issues/PR views). There's only 41 issues actually closed (I'm generally not a stickler for forcing people to file issues)

The mentions of the C++, Rust, and Python driver managers supporting connection profiles implies that the others do not yet, but I believe all the other driver managers that wrap the C++ driver manager should automatically work with profile:// URIs. We should quickly test to confirm whether they do, and if so, mention that here.
