The release rule named only review-kit's plugin.json, and PR step 2 sent every test to test/review.test.mjs. Each plugin now has its own lines, with CLAUDE.md named for the full rules. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
