AO Haerion

A road through chaos. Public documentation draft — non-baseline.

AO Haerion is an early public project about helping complex work stay understandable, traceable, and resumable.

It starts from a simple problem:

When work becomes complex, interrupted, or chaotic, people need a clear way to preserve context, decisions, evidence, and direction.

AO Haerion is not presented as a complete system. At this stage, it is a public foundation and documentation draft for a careful technical design process.

Public identity

AO Haerion is built around the idea:

A road through chaos.

The project begins with four practical directions:

  1. Clarify a situation
    Make the current state easier to understand.

  2. Make a decision
    Separate options, assumptions, evidence, and chosen direction.

  3. Organize a goal
    Turn an intention into a readable structure of steps and constraints.

  4. Resume a path
    Re-enter interrupted work without losing context or inventing false continuity.

Current public status

Current status:

AO HAERION PUBLIC FOUNDATION — PUBLIC DOCUMENTATION DRAFT — NON BASELINE

This repository is currently used to shape the first public documentation layer of AO Haerion.

Nothing in this repository should be interpreted as:

  • a complete implementation;
  • a production-ready system;
  • a validated baseline;
  • a runtime architecture;
  • a claim that all future components already exist.

Current technical milestone

The first proposed public technical milestone is:

M001 — Governed Memory Layer

M001 defines how AO Haerion preserves context, decisions, evidence, and direction across interrupted work.

Development approach

AO Haerion follows a restrained development approach:

  • explain before expanding;
  • document before claiming;
  • preserve traceability;
  • keep public material human-readable;
  • avoid overclaim;
  • grow through visible milestones.

Repository status

This repository is a public documentation draft.

No baseline is declared here.
