Setiap push git tag → job merge selain membuat :N.N.N + :sha-<long>, sekarang juga menerbitkan manifest multi-arch :latest (convenience untuk pull manual/dev). Job merge hanya berjalan saat push tag, jadi latest dibuat otomatis per rilis. Deploy tetap memakai version+sha immutable; :latest bukan target deployment (sesuai kebijakan). AGENTS.md disinkronkan.

Memicu rilis yang membuat image tag :latest pertama (job merge kini menerbitkan :latest per rilis). Perubahan sejak 0.1.2: penambahan image tag :latest di job merge (PR #19).
