W-094: stabilize jobs and subtask PTY test

Diagnosis:

• The PTY waited for the parent UI's Subagent row, then synchronously read the child's durable log.
• That repaint can precede the child user/message flush; this is a test wait race, not an alpha.1 behavior difference.

Change:

• Wait on the existing exact child-log predicate before teardown.
• No sleeps, raw escape waits, widened assertions, or production changes.

Evidence:

• rc.2 under concurrent CPU load: 20/20 passes.
• alpha.1 under concurrent CPU load: 20/20 passes; uniformity version=0.1.6-alpha.1 packages=238 mismatches=0.
• pnpm gate: 26 files and 296 tests passed; DSH version check passed with 233 packages at 0.1.5-rc.2.
