(exit code): before any mutation the installer resolves the target
profile's bundles in DSH's order (executing install first, then
profile; rc.2 app-boot profile.ts:751-803) and refuses with exit 2 and
one line naming profile, bundle and row when a bundle already provides
the sessionbus or no-uploads row; every row it writes carries the
comment `# sessionbus-dsh-install owned`, re-runs mark older
installer rows, and `--remove` deletes only marked rows, refusing an
unmarked matching id before pnpm runs. 57 tests; packed proof on
rc.2, alpha.1 and alpha.2 with a real bundle fixture (refusal without
change, then the bundle-composed profile boots and completes the
existing proof). Docs: no installer run on the dashi profile from
dashi-app 0.1.0-alpha.20 on; dashi-app owns its row and plugin pin.
