Drop leading / from sw: command refs in AGENTS.md, README.md, and tasks.md templates. Replace /specweave. dot-notation in agents-md compiler with canonical sw: format. Add How to Invoke section with per-tool mapping. CLAUDE.md keeps /sw: format with mapping note.
…Claude CLI Read config.adapters.default from .specweave/config.json to determine the project's AI tool and install plugins to the correct tool-specific directory (.opencode/skills/, .cursor/skills/, .windsurf/skills/, etc.) instead of always defaulting to Claude CLI when globally available. Adds getSkillsDirectory() to IAdapter interface with implementations across all 17 adapters. Gates Claude-specific operations (settings enablement, stale cleanup, legacy migration, hooks copying) behind adapter check.
- findStoryByTitle() now scopes WIQL to [FS-XXX][US-XXX] to prevent cross-increment US-ID collisions - updateStory() uses fetch-compare-swap instead of silent catch for parent re-linking when existing parent differs - add comprehensive configuration reference page to docs-site
- Escape {story}, {number}, {id} template placeholders in MDX
files that caused SSG build failures (ac-id.md,
project-detection.md, spec-bidirectional-sync.md)
- Add redirect for 005-opencode-web-calculator numbered slug
Drop leading / from sw: and sw- references across all 39 skill and agent template files. Skill() calls already use bare format. Continuation of 0596 and 0602.
Fix ~63 files missed in initial migration: command docs, plugin lib TS/JS, standalone scripts, agent descriptions, adapter docs, blog posts, sidebars, test files, eval files, and root-level generated AGENTS.md/README.md. Only CLAUDE.md and functional routing code in phase-detector/project-scope-guard retain /sw:.

backfillExternalLinks writes epicKey (JIRA) and featureId (ADO) but checkExistingIssue only checked issueKey/workItemId, causing duplicate items on every sync-progress run.
- Invalidate cached issueData/lastComment after close/reopen mutations to prevent stale data reaching updateStatusLabels (duplicate comments) - Fail-closed on network errors in rate limit pre-check instead of cascading failures from unreachable API - Increase rate limit threshold from 200 to 250 to cover typical 5-story sync operations (~50 API calls)
CLI now shows warning and exits code 2 (skip, not failure) instead of misleading "Sync complete!" with zeros. LivingDocsSync logs a clear warning instead of "0 updated, 0 created".
Wire get command's bulk/pattern infrastructure into init flow. Users can now enter org/* or org/prefix-* during init to clone entire orgs. Add-more loop lets users clone from multiple orgs in one session with background clone jobs.

…default-off) Adds an orchestration-engine selection brain (§0.4) so team-lead auto-routes batch-class work to a dynamic Workflow vs Agent Teams vs inline — no flag needed, the user never has to say "use a workflow". Plus an opt-in Workflow Mode for domain agents (>=~25 same-shape batch → one Workflow borrow, one nesting level), workflow-aware stuck-detection (§8b), and reference/dynamic-workflows.md with the authoring cheat-sheet + quality.workflows config schema. Default-off: with no quality.workflows config, behavior is byte-identical to before — no Workflow auto-fires, no borrow, stuck-detection unchanged. Design via a judge-panel dynamic workflow (3 opposing strategy agents + adversarial skeptic + synthesis): verdict keep-enhance, high confidence. Generic-mode / team-* sibling consolidation deferred to a telemetry-backed increment (analytics currently empty — decision rests on architecture). Bumps skill version 1.0.0 -> 1.1.0.
