Summary
Add a project logo SVG (logo.svg) for DwarfStar. The logo features the
DwarfStar initials "DS" with a decorative star/face motif, in black on a
clean background.
The logo design follows the idea that led antirez to rename
the project from DS4 to DwarfStar.
