What does this PR do?

This PR adds the opencode-session-tracker plugin to the OpenCode ecosystem documentation.

opencode-session-tracker is a lightweight TUI sidebar extension and Telegram companion for OpenCode. It brings:

• TUI Sidebar: View session hierarchies and subagent trees, toggle expand/collapse, and track visual status tags ([RUN], [IDLE], [WAIT], [ASK], [PERM]).
• Telegram Companion: Remote session monitoring, live status streaming, and remote command approvals or interactive question answering via Telegram buttons directly on mobile devices.

Adding it to the ecosystem docs helps users discover this tool for remote monitoring and sidebar-based session management.

How did you verify your code works?

Verified the markdown syntax and links locally to make sure it renders correctly without breaking any existing formatting in the ecosystem documentation.
