What does this PR do?

This pull request expands the list of file extensions supported by the oxfmt formatter in formatter.ts. The main change is to significantly increase the range of file types that oxfmt can handle, making the formatter more versatile for different project types.

This is in line with https://oxc.rs/docs/guide/usage/formatter/language-support.html

Formatter support expansion:

• Extended the extensions array in the oxfmt formatter to include additional file types such as .d.ts, .json, .jsonc, .json5, .css, .scss, .less, .pcss, .postcss, .graphql, .gql, .graphqls, .toml, .html, .htm, .xhtml, .vue, .svelte, .md, .markdown, .mdx, .yml, .yaml, .hbs, .handlebars, and .mjml, in addition to the existing JavaScript and TypeScript extensions.
