Stabilize @ankhorage/doctor for CI-wide adoption

Repository: ankhorage/doctor
Priority: P1
Labels: doctor, ci, P1
Milestone: Follow-up

Goal

Make @ankhorage/doctor stable enough that package repos can use it as a CI gate.

Scope

  • Validate package shape.
  • Validate src/cli/ convention.
  • Validate provider metadata.
  • Validate package exports.
  • Validate command discoverability by @ankhorage/ankh.
  • Validate absence of old @ankh/* wrappers.

Acceptance criteria

  • ankh doctor validate . is deterministic in CI.
  • Errors are actionable and point to the target owner.
  • CI adoption is documented for package repos.
  • The new target architecture can use doctor as a structural gate.

Definition of Done

  • The target architecture is implemented directly, without temporary @ankh/* compatibility packages.
  • There is no new compatibility, legacy, or deprecation layer.
  • Imports use the owning @ankhorage/* package directly.
  • CI passes for the touched repository.
  • ankh doctor validate . either passes or reports only explicitly accepted missing doctor capabilities for this phase.
