Word Clock displays "A Quarter To Twelve" all the time#8

The RTC and the NeoMatrix are soldered correctly and I didn't make any changes to the code but it always displays "A Quarter To Twelve". Do you have any idea why this is happening? Thanks in advance.

    Check if the time is updating correctly? Hard to say without more information.
