The release's Windows archive job fails to fetch opus-1.6.1.tar.gz: Windows' Schannel can't check the revocation of downloads.xiph.org's certificate (CRYPT_E_REVOCATION_OFFLINE). That happened on GitHub's runner (run 42264540071, failed twice) and on our own Windows box, even though the Let's Encrypt CRL can be reached from Linux.

source.sh now fetches with --insecure. The pinned OPUS_SHA256 is checked before anything is unpacked, so the checksum still vouches for the bytes.

This blocks the release that carries the Windows-portable release probe (a3134ec) to zdesk and sound-opus.

Windows' Schannel fails downloads.xiph.org's revocation check
(CRYPT_E_REVOCATION_OFFLINE) on GitHub's runner, so the Windows archive could not be
built and the release stopped. The pinned SHA-256 is checked before anything is
unpacked, so it, not TLS, is what vouches for the bytes.
