Renovate ran on its default continuous schedule, which produced a steady drip
of one-package commits — 32 of the last 45 commits on main were bot updates.
Restrict it to Monday nights (Europe/Oslo) so updates arrive batched.

Also pin typescript below 7. TypeScript 7 removed the tsconfig 'baseUrl'
option, which @docusaurus/tsconfig still sets, so `npm run typecheck` fails
with TS5102 even though `docusaurus build` succeeds — the build does not run
tsc, so the breakage is invisible until you typecheck. Renovate keeps
reproposing it as #33; the constraint stops that until Docusaurus ships a
TS7-compatible tsconfig.

Folds in the esbuild and tsx bumps from #63, which are unaffected.
