Adds a reversible least-privilege ensure_m0_smoke_user command: reserved prefix; password via stdin or mode-0600 file; refuses unmarked accounts; nonstaff/nonsuperuser; zero groups/direct permissions; idempotent rotation; explicit disable; focused tests. No production identity is created by this PR. Rollback: revert the single commit.
