DevTools no longer open automatically on startup in development mode. Set T3CODE_DESKTOP_OPEN_DEVTOOLS=1 to enable.

The dev desktop app opened a detached DevTools window every time it launched.
DevTools now opens on launch only when
T3CODE_DESKTOP_OPEN_DEVTOOLS=1is set. The flag is read throughDesktopConfigalongside the other desktop env flags, anddocs/operations/development.mdmentions it. ⌘⌥I still toggles DevTools on demand. Release builds were never affected.Verified with the desktop typecheck and
DesktopWindow.test.ts(34 passed).Done by Claude Opus 5.5 in Claude Code.
