chore: bump go-make module and action together - #728

Conversation
The go-make module and its action need to move in lockstep, but dependabot bumps them in separate PRs that drift apart. Automation now bumps both together, so dependabot ignores go-make in both ecosystems. Signed-off-by: Alex Goodman <wagoodman@users.noreply.github.com>

The go-make module (
.make/go.mod) and theanchore/go-makeaction need to be bumped together, but dependabot does them in separate PRs that drift apart. We have automation that now bumps both at once, pinned to the same commit, so this has dependabot ignore go-make in both the
gomodandgithub-actionsecosystems.
