Updates the utilities/vulndata helper scripts/documentation to support pulling full NVD vulnerability descriptions for both Anchore Enterprise 5.x (legacy /applications) and 6.x (/apps), clarifying configuration and adding a Python implementation for the 6.x API behavior.
