Add GitHub Actions workflow to build adi-scripts .deb package on push/PR to kuiper2.0 with manual dispatch support. Update build script for CI context (no source download, no cleanup, hardcoded arch). Signed-off-by: Nicu Siderias <nicu.siderias@analog.com>
