Expand SerDes support and board modifications

Add support for additional serializers (MAX9295A, MAX96793) and deserializers (MAX96716, MAX96714, MAX96712, MAX96792) with their respective CFG pin configurations, datasheet links, and required resistor bridges. Reorganize board modification instructions for clarity.
